The non-smoking apartment is to be found on the 1st floor of one of Berlin’s traditional old buildings. It is suitable for 1-6 persons. Bedding and towels are offered. It can be used as a business residence as well as a holiday home, for a shorter stay as well as for a longer stay. The minimum occupation period is 2 nights. This 2-room-apartment, is heated by an absolutely comfortable central heating system. Furthermore, it has a built-in kitchen, shower, internet-DSL (broadband) with flat rate, digital TV, DVD, radio, washing machine, telephone with flat rate (for calling a landline number in Germany).

The apartment is situated in “Wielandstraße” in Berlin, Charlottenburg – one of the most popular housing areas of Berlin. All articles for daily use can be bought near by the apartment. Even the widest choice of restaurants, bars, pubs, cinemas, theatres, operas etc. of the mega city Berlin is to be found in close vicinity to this accommodation.

The nearest suburban train station and diverse bus routes can be reached within one single minute, whereas the nearest metro station is just a five minutes walk away from the apartment. In the street “Kurfürstendamm” (about 500m) or around the “Savignyplatz” (about 800 m – Charlottenburg’s local hotspot) are to be found a lot of fabulous shopping facilities.
