It can be used as a business residence as well as a holiday home, for a shorter stay as well as for a longer stay. The minimum occupation period is 2 nights. This 2,5-room-apartment is heated by an absolutely comfortable central heating system. Furthermore, it has a built-in kitchen, a bathroom with a bath tub, internet-DSL (broadband) with flat rate, digital TV, DVD, radio, washing machine, telephone with flat rate (for calling a landline number in Germany).
